Join GARCA via Zoom to hear from Daniel James with STC Safety & Risk Management.

    Webinar Description
    3 takeaways:

    1. How to Build a Roofing Safety Program That Holds Up in the Real World
    2. How to Reduce Risk with Subcontractors Without Killing Production
    3. How to Align Safety with Profit, Insurance, and Growth Goals

This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being defensible, consistent, and intentional — especially in roofing, where one mistake can shut down a company. Safety matters to every company — but for small companies, it’s everything. One serious incident can erase years of hard work, yet many businesses treat safety like something they’ll “get to” once they grow. The truth is, safety is often what determines whether you get the chance to grow at all.

    About the Speaker
Daniel James, VP of Business Development - STC Safety & Risk Management

With two decades of experience in construction, manufacturing, and safety, Daniel drives STC’s growth as VP of Business Development, delivering solutions that protect clients’ people, brand, and profit. From his early days as a Field Safety Manager to serving as VP of Operations, he has remained an advocate for building safety-first cultures that safeguard businesses. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Health and a minor in Organizational Management & Leadership, Daniel empowers others with a “be strong and courageous without hesitation” mindset—an approach inspired by the Hebrew war cry Rak Chazak in the book of Joshua. Outside the office, he treasures time with his wife and three kids, proving that life at home is just as fast-paced and rewarding as driving growth.
